By installing or using CoinWatch ("the Extension"), you agree to the following terms.

1. What CoinWatch Does

CoinWatch is a browser extension that displays cryptocurrency price data sourced from third-party APIs. It is an informational tool only.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in this extension constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Prices and market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

3. No Warranty

CoinWatch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The extension will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
• Price data will be accurate, complete, or timely
• The extension will continue to be maintained or updated
• Third-party APIs will remain available or functional

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of CoinWatch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions made using data displayed by CoinWatch.

5. Pro Subscription

CoinWatch offers an optional paid tier ("Pro") at $1.99/month, processed through ExtensionPay/Stripe.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your ExtensionPay account or Stripe
• Refunds are handled according to Stripe's policies
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• If the extension is discontinued, active subscriptions will be cancelled and no further charges will be made

6. Third-Party Services

CoinWatch relies on third-party APIs (DexScreener, DexPaprika, Binance, CoinCap, Jupiter) and payment processing (ExtensionPay/Stripe). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these services.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension
• Use the extension for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or usage limits

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Discontinuation

We reserve the right to discontinue the extension at any time. If the extension is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel active subscriptions so no further charges are incurred.
